ZENTHAI MASSAGE SESSIONS

Over the past few months, I’ve been expanding my work into ZenThai Shiatsu - a bodywork practice that integrates Thai massage, Shiatsu, and principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

After completing two Level 1 trainings (64 hours) I’ve continued into a 9-month therapist program, deepening my study of:

  • Shiatsu

  • Thai massage

  • Moxibustion

  • Cupping

  • TCM-based bodywork principles

I am currently practicing as a practitioner, and while I cannot legally refer to myself as a therapist yet, I am now offering sessions as part of my ongoing training.

What is ZenThai?

ZenThai is a slow, intuitive, and deeply grounding form of bodywork.

Sessions may include:

  • assisted stretching

  • acupressure

  • gentle rhythmic movement

This work supports:

  • nervous system regulation

  • tension release

  • improved energy flow

  • deeper connection to your body

Each session is unique and guided by what your body needs in the moment.
